Many of us spend our time focused on our outer journey through life, by seeking satisfaction and success through external sources: money, material things, jobs relationships. While there is nothing wrong with having these things, and while we may experience feelings of achievement, they are often fleeting.  A deeper part of ourselves remains unfulfilled.

Inner Journey Intensive is an opportunity to explore those deeper parts of yourself and to:
  • deepen awareness of your inner self;
  • open your heart to compassion and love;
  • enrich your relationships with self and others;
  • appreciate the gifts of the moment; and
  • create new possibilities for the future.

We welcome people of all races, ethnicities and sexual orientation, and our facility can accommodate people with disabilities. We honour all spiritual and non-spiritual paths and traditions. The curriculum is designed to enable people to develop their own path for inner work.

Retreat Information
The Inner Journey Intensive is one of several programs offered for participants aged 18 and older by Inner Journey Canada, a non-profit, educational organization supported by transformational professionals and committed volunteers.

The Inner Journey Intensive is a 3.5-day residential retreat, beginning on a Thursday evening and ending Sunday evening. It is held at a spacious and fully accessible facility on the beautiful shores of the Big Rideau Lake near Perth, Ontario – about a 1 h 25 drive from Ottawa.

A team of highly trained facilitators creates the space and structure for your journey and, with a staff of volunteers, supports participants in a ratio of 2 to 1. Our chef provides healthy and delicious meals, and can accommodate most dietary requirements and preferences.

Cost
Early bird discount:
We offer a $200 discount for registrations received up to six weeks in advance of the retreat.
Standard cost:
$1,295 per person.
All costs include meals and dorm-style accommodation.
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to reserve a spot.
