    Meals
    We strive to provide nutritious and healthy meals and snacks throughout the Inner Journey Intensive. Because of the number of participants, facilitators and staff on-site, we are limited in our ability to cater to specialty diets, and we thank you in advance for accepting the food we offer.

    Below are some of the diets we are able to accommodate. Please check the one that applies to you. ​Please also indicate what food allergies or serious food intolerances you have, and if your allergy is life-threatening, please let us know so we can provide the appropriate level of prevention measures in our food preparation and labelling of dishes and snacks.
