Advanced Facilitation Training: Level II, Part 1

This 5-Day Training is only offered every 2 years and specifically designed for participants of our Level I Training. We call this unit 'Advanced' Facilitation Training because it teaches the ' Art of Facilitation'.
To work with the subtlest of all materials, a 'human soul', one needs the sensitivity of a mother, the creativity of an artist, the clarity of an engineer, the patience of a surgeon and the soul depth of a lover of the Divine.
The refinement of your skill level is one focus and a gift of the training.
Another important aspect of learning is to become aware of one's gifts and challenges. And because of our human tendency for 'blind spots', a mentor can be of tremendous help. Participants will receive specific support in your professional and internal development.

*Transformational Facilitation Training - Level II Part 2: Group Facilitation. This 3 day training is planned for spring/summer of 2012.
Completion of TFT Level II (Part 1 and 2, plus individual sessions and participation in supervision calls) lead to the accreditation as an Inner Journey Life Coach.
